  • Treatments. Massage 60 min 600,000 VND, herbal hair wash 300,000, herbal foot soak 150,000, singing bowls 500,000, Reiki 1,000,000.
  • Transfers. 300,000 VND each way within 40 km, then 8,000 VND per km. Pickup from the Old Quarter, Tay Ho or the airport.
  • Weekends and public holidays. The Day Retreat runs Monday to Friday only. At weekends you can buy an onsen day pass for 350,000 VND or stay overnight.

Before you book

What does the Day Retreat include and what does it cost?
499,000 VND per person, about US$19, from 09:00 to 17:00. It includes the onsen, jacuzzi and sauna, a wellness set lunch, a day-use room, yoga and meditation on the daily schedule, and a traditional-medicine pulse consultation. Monday to Friday.
Is it available at weekends?
No. The Day Retreat runs on weekdays only. At weekends and on public holidays you can buy an onsen day pass for 350,000 VND, or stay overnight, in which case the onsen and the whole daily schedule are included in the room rate.
Do I need to book ahead?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp at least a day before so we can hold a day-use room and prepare lunch. We answer in English.
How do I get there from Hanoi?
About 43 km and 70 minutes by car from Hoan Kiem, 48 km from Tay Ho, 61 km from Noi Bai Airport, via Thang Long Boulevard and the CT03 expressway. Leaving at 07:45 gets you there for a 09:00 start. We can arrange a private transfer for 300,000 VND each way within 40 km, or you can book a Grab car.
Can I come alone?
Many guests do. Nothing on the schedule is compulsory, so you choose what to join and the rest of the day is yours. Staff speak English.
What about a group?
Groups of two to ten pay the same 499,000 VND per person, including lunch and a day-use room. Message us in advance and we will arrange rooms and an onsen time slot for the group.
Are vegetarian or vegan meals available?
Yes. The set lunch is plant-forward and the restaurant serves vegetarian and vegan set meals. Tell us about any dietary needs when you book.
What should I bring, and what is the onsen etiquette?
Swimwear for the onsen, a dry change of clothes and something comfortable for yoga. Towels and slippers are provided. Bathing is mixed and swimwear is required; tattoos are welcome. Shower before entering the bath, soak for ten to fifteen minutes at a time and drink water between rounds.
How do I pay, and can I cancel?
Prices are in Vietnamese dong and day visits are settled on arrival. For cancellation terms on a specific booking, message us on WhatsApp and we will confirm in writing before you pay.
