Founder of Đại Bi Tâm Qigong. From caring for his own health to a vow to serve the community.

As he tells it, a weak constitution since childhood led him to qigong as a way to take charge of his own health. From the first exercises he patiently studied breath, movement and meditation.

Training in Vietnam and China, with study of meditation, Mudra and traditional medicine, broadened his approach to wellbeing: from breath and movement to rest, mindset and daily life.

He organised and now shares wellness breathing, Yi Jin Jing, Ba Duan Jin, Great Tiger qigong and Mudra meditation, so that people make time for their bodies and keep a healthy rhythm of life.
“Qigong is a treasure of humanity. It should not be kept to oneself.”
